I got the book-on-CD for my drive up to Angels Camp last weekend and was apparently so engrossed that I managed to get lost but still end up in the right town, just the wrong end of it. However, it's such a weird and convoluted story that I stopped listening once I got back home. But but but... but what happened? and WHY??!? I cheated and looked up the cliff notes and omg wtf?
Has anyone read the book or seen the movie?
I was talking to a friend about the book and the advice was that I write my own book, and easy to understand one, then rewrite it so it's more complicated than finding stuff at Home Depot.
