things i have done today :

-watched about 4 episodes of friends.
-popped my  tendon thing in my thigh..... again.
-exercised

so i decided to get into shape. can't say 'back into shape' since i've never really been there. last time I checked I weighed approximately 140 lbs. my goal is to lose 15 lbs. luckily i dont have to lose like a hundred. cuz i dont think i could do that. anyway, wish me luck! and any tips would be great!
