waxing philosophical
It strikes me lately how little time people are willing to give for each other. Every ones lives are busy with so many things that are important to them that they forget to make time for people that are important to them. They use the excuse that those poeple will always be there for them. BUt really what in life is more important thatn the poeple that you care about and that care about you. MAybe it's just being out of school and having a job where i can actually step back to breathe and take a look around. I do remember what it was like to be booked solid from 8AM til 11PM or later....i hope i made time for my friends..but lord knows i propbably didn't. not enough at least. i think when you're in that mentality the people that aren't im immediate proximity to you just melt away.and you don't realize the number of times you brush them off to go do someting "more important"
