it's an incredibly hard thing to go through, but eventually it will get incrementally easier. I hope your SIL and brother have people to talk to - miscarriage is one of those things that people sometimes keep mum about, and I think it's harder if those experiencing the loss feel like they can't talk about it.
and you're absolutely right - no matter how early in the pregnancy it is, it still sucks big time. <333
