i work at a private, non-profit, psychiatric residential treatment facility for youth ages 6-18.

luckily i love my job so i don't mind working today and tomorrow/.

Wow! What do you do there? I bet that's pretty challenging.

i work on a living unit. a lot of what i do is watching them, working on them with their treatments, helping them with their basic social skills, helping them with being able to go back to their old lives and use their social skills to live better lives.

i hope so! it is so sad though, the stuff they have really been through in their lives really breaks my heart... it makes the job totally worth it.

and yes, it is quite challenging but i love it. :)
