Wearing a dress is over dressing, yes? Even if it's with sandals and it's a summery dress?

I haven't worn pants in two years and it's kinda freaking me out that I will have to tomorrow, lol.

if it's a summery dress, i wouldn't say that's overdressing. but i would be worried about getting bbq sauce on a nice dress! ;)
