If you don't have the means/time/desire to make one of your own, go to ljsecret or PostSecret or PostSecret Archive or something and steal someone else's that applies to you or that you find particularly moving/whatever. (Tell us if you've done this, though, so we don't go congratulating you on your secret-making skills only to find that it's someone else's!)
Or at the very least just tell us a secret.
