Sorry about the lack of updating... work is busy busy. Where shall I start? Well, I had the most kickass time in WILMINGTON on New Year's Eve. It was a very last minute decision. I caught a ride down with Bryan, and us and Matty-worm hung out. We went to the Reel to meet Tiffany & co (haha) and also rachel and her lover. Well, I arrive at the third floor, and I see alison, and she leads me to Jenny Snyder!! There were a couple x-seahawkers there that look like theyre dating now, which is weird. And then walks in Andy Bader... who has a girlfriend now...wow! very cute girl. Also finally got to meet Adam, who didn't get much of a chance to breath that night thanks to rachel. haha. It was very very fun. I should go down more often I think.
I went to see the beach before I left, and felt it was therapeutic. When you live at the water for 5 years, then not see it for 10 months, you will turn into a grumpy mean sad pathetic person. It was a beautiful day too, 60s and sunny. all the sailboats were out. People walking their dogs. sigh.
Then this week was pure hell. Like, worked late every night. deadlines. pressure. people freaking out. It was not fun.
But this weekend was! Lots of celebrating for EJ's birthday. Went to Sushi Blues friday, 42nd street oyster bar on saturday, and family on sunday. It was a good time. But we are full and tired!!
Today doesn't seem too bad, I seem to be getting on top of some things here at work, so I don't PLAN to be staying late at least for tonight. Of course I just jinxed myself.
