I suspended my project because I attended three birthdays, including my own, in four days and there was obviously no point straightening up and flying right, then eating and drinking a shitload, and pretending the interrugnum was scientifically feasible.
So I started again after it was all over, last Tuesday.
Starting Tuesday, in six days, I have:
- had no alcohol, but thought about a tall frosty beer about 131 times
- eaten an average of 1628 calories a day, and exercised an average of 472 calories, so a net intake of 1156 calories per day
- taken 55,000 steps
- one weights session (today)
resulting in:
- 1.5cm less chest
- 2cm less waist
- 2cm less thigh for some reason
- no change in hips (asssssssssssssss consistancy)
- lost 2.9 kilograms in total
Obviously next week will stabilise somewhat, but so far, so good. No hunger. No alcohol cravings. (Was it just a habit?) No naked squirming on the kitchen floor in melted chocolate bars and beer froth... but there are 24 days to go.
