Predicting flurries soon....

Wow.
Was yesterday ever a crazy day.
First I woke up at 6:30 AM because I got called in to work, which is unusual, only to find out that the job is canceled. Then I went to sleep again, only to be woken up again at 11:00 AM to find out that the job is now back on. So then I got up, and immediately my father and I were in a huge fight, which sucks.
So then I left for work, and work went fine until we were leaving: the crane broke, so we had to fix it while it was sitting in the middle of the street in Ithaca (We were pulling a guy's in-ground pool out of his backyard...). Then after we fixed it, it got stuck in his yard! Then this weird guy drove by with one tire missing from his car, no joke! So finally I left the job, then I went to some open houses, ate some food, ran into some extremely annoying, highly intoxicated rednecks. Saw some old druggy friends and was sad because they looked like shit, and the only word I could discern them saying was "fuck" every now and then. Then we got offered to play a show later on, but we couldn't, so Jimmy and I drove to Midland and hung out with Eponine's Revenge and other friends until late. At 2AM I got a call from my sister saying that Torrid (Grand Rapids) has lost their bass player, and asked if I would fill in for them on tour in two weeks. I would, but I don't own a bass or a bass amp, and plus Tornado Parade has too many shows coming up, so yeah. There were a few other things yesterday that were just nutty, but I've already talked enough, so I'm outie. Oh we are playing someone's open house tonight. Weird.
