okay, i just looked at the livejournal breakdown of journals by geographic location and i would like to point out that there are over 16,600 journals in michigan-- the only two us states that boast more journals are new york and california! what the hell is that about? if you mouse over states nearby michigan, the numbers drop off *significantly.* i feel that this is further proof that a) there is nothing to do in michigan other than be online and b) michigan is fertile ground for people-phobic internet junkies like myself (and my sister). heh.
