For starters, a little geodesic dome (freestanding)

I took pics, along with a little Lego guy to give a sense of scale. Small pics behind the cut, with links to full-size pics.













The dome itself is based on the C80 fullerene, with pentagons supported by 5-stars and hexagons replaced with six triangles.

I don't know what the building toy is, but my wife promises to buy me more so I can complete the sphere. :-)
