King Bowser, sir is Genny's boss. As such, he is the ultimate word on everything in Genny's life. Considering that he was given a second chance and was kept as the General of the Shy Guy army even after the whole Star Spirits fiasco means that he can't afford to make any more mistakes. He's not really aware of his incompetence, and likes to thing that Bowser thinks of him as a valued employee of wrongdoing. He is entirely devoted and terrified of him.
"General Guy, I'm putting you in charge of the Koopalings once more. Don't bother me unless it's something important."
Kamek, sir is one of Bowser's right hand magikoopas, and thus is Genny's superior. They get along pretty well, though their relationship is generally Kamek telling Genny to do things for him and Genny unable to contest, no matter how undesirable the tasks are (ie. taking care of Bowser's kids). He looks up to Kamek just a little bit, he sees him a capable member of Bowser's army, and hopes to someday be as trusted as the magikoopa is.

Charizard the Asshole is Genny's room mate. It was like a movie, really. Back in the day (when Charizard was still just Charmeleon), their eyes met across the room and that was that. They knew from that moment on they would hate each other for the rest of eternity, 'till simultaneous murder do them part. But, despite the fact that Char constantly fluctuates between position one and two on Genny's shit list (still battling with Mario for that spot), it's gotten to the point where he can't imagine life without him. Don't read into that, it's not like he likes him or anything, but... he does still have the title of being the only person in the world that Genny has ever kissed. Long story.
