Caught the crappy cut-down replay of the Australian F1 Grand Prix race on TV today. Bernie Ecclestone is ruining the sport, Max Mosley and his Nazi hookers are ruining the sport, everything has been changed and shit sucks now, yadda, yadda, yadda.
Despite the months and months of gripe over the various changes and new rules that was one of the most intense and satisfying races in a few seasons. I was glued to my motherfucking seat for the duration of the sixty minute hackjob and if I wasn't a cheap fuck and actually got channels they show it live on I would have woken up to watch it.
Here's hoping for a good season - also colour me amused to see neither Ferrari finish the race. Though to be honest I'm expecting mid-season Kimi will be on form. That is to say he'll putter around the track mid-field till the final ten laps and then bust out the fastest lap of the race before going back to just making an arse of himself.
BrawnGP was just amazing and Richard Branson is my sort of smug bearded git. I hope they keep it up.
Also it snowed like four inches here last night. Some dodgy bastard mentioned spring having come and I'm just not seeing it when everything is frozen, covered in snow or alternatively FROZEN AND COVERED IN SNOW.
