Yesterday I went to Warped Tour which was supposed to be Sunday but got postponed until yesterday, and moved indoors (whatthefuck?) ...
Saw Big D and The Kids Table who was damn good. And I like it when people skank.
Then saw Bad Religion who was fucking awesome. They played Infected, No Control, Heroes and Martyrs, You, Los Angeles Is Burning, Requiem For Descent, Sorrow, and Honest Goodbye. And they made fun of the band that played before them.
Then saw Pennywise who was alright. They covered Black Flag...it was funny.
Then saw Pepper who was okay. Like four guys kept picking up girls and throwing them in the air. The amount of people crowd surfing was ridiculous and some people really don't need to. If you're bigger than most of the people in the crowd they're not going to appreciate having to hold you up...but whatever.
Then saw Tiger Army who was very good. Except this really fat bald guy who just kept punching people.
I also watched some of Revolution Mother's set which was...loud. And they also covered Black Flag. The same song as Pennywise. Jesus christ.
I'm still sort of deaf and my right arm is very sore, plus both of my knees are all bruised up.
I'm quite satisfied.
I wouldn't have gone to Warped Tour if my friend's mom didn't buy my ticket because well...there were like maybe four bands I wanted to see who were playing here...and the rest was shit. But I'm definitely glad I saw Bad Religion again. And Big D was fun.
So today I'm sitting around in my pajamas toking reefer because I'm deaf and sore. I can't lift my arms.
