what to do when NOTHING goes your way

work out...a lot.

today I had about 25 mins of time to kill after Sailing, so I swam 30 laps: 1/2 mile
I went to the gym for about an hour and ran on the tredmill/elliptical
also did over 1000 crunches throughout the day

I have also been eating so much...I really need to stop

I feel like I will be a lot happier when I reach my ideal fitness level.
