Interesting Night
So, went clubbing with Alanna. It was pretty fun and I got a nice self-esteem boost. This guy spent a lot of the night dancing with me and at the end of the night asked for my number. But I'm not interested, so I declined. He was giving off an odd vibe and I felt bad for saying no. ;o;
EJ WAS WORKING!!! That made my night because I missed him and the other DJ's frankly SUCK. They can kiss my big pudgy ass. He plays a lot of house/trance/techno-esque stuff and mixes in the usual rap shit. But he's just so... AMAZING with his transitions and his mixing. We know Bri loves music hardcore, so if you can mix well enough, I will swoon. The man is a genius with a sound board. And he gets so into his mixes, he'll start dancing as he mixes and it's just SO ADORABLE. I've talked to him a few times and he's always been really sweet to me and he'd hug me, compliment me, etc.
So I talked to him, batted my eyelashes and got him to agree to play my song, and had fun. He played Easy by Paula DeAnda as the 3rd to last song just for me and I gave him a kiss on the cheek for his troubles - since he got the song because I'd asked him for it about a month ago and he didn't have it. I told Alanna I was feeling unmedicated bold and would like to grab lunch or coffee with him sometime just to get to know him outside the club. He's a nice guy and we share a love for music. He's single, I'm single - why the hell not? So after the club's closing and the bouncers have yelled at us for the third time to clear out I ask him if he'd wanna grab a cup of coffee with me sometime. Please note how big of a chicken shit I am - normally I would never do it.

Oh my fucking god I thought I'd died and gone to heaven.
He gave me his card, told me to shoot him an e-mail, and we talked for a bit before finally leaving - he hugged me, told me it was good to see me, and we parted ways.
My ego likes this little boost. Also - this Saturday is the Naughty or Nice fashion show at the club. EJ might be there as a guest, not working, so Alanna and I are hitting MoA on Tuesday to get our naughty clothes. I made a crack about sneaking mistletoe in and waving it over my head and EJ was like "...that's a good idea!" so yeah, I'm totally fucking doing it. XD
Friday? Epic Christmas Party of AWESOMENESS (with Mia! And hopefully Joey). Saturday? Naughty Night at Myth (hopefully EJ will be there).
THIS WEEKEND IS GOING TO BE FUCKING EPIC.
