Whoa, things are going in the right direction for ye! I'm glad to hear everything's turning out great...and isn't tomorrow...the 17th?!?! Isn't that when Ryerson hands out it's acceptances and stuff?
And I have a question...kinda random, but how do professional auditions work? Like the one you had at York was for sure different from those we have at Langstaff. I'm just curious because ye know...I like theatre...and maybe...I might pursue it...if I can...
And at cast party, I heard Amrit and Kevin got drunk. Never would I think Amrit and booze. That's just me.
lol thank you thank you. Yes it is...BUT i don't know if i will find out tomorrow or not. It's only STARTING tomorrow and it continues from the non. GRRR I just want to know already!!!!
The York audition was actually pretty similar to how we do it at school. Except there are WAY more people in the room with you lol. First you warm up with some improv and then everyone sits on the floor and there are three "judges" so to speak. They call you up and you say what 2 monologues you're doing. You start your first and they'll cut you off and re-direct you twice. And the same for your second monologue. And then you sit down. That's basically it.
And yes Amrit was TANKED!!! Omg he was laughing at EVERYTHING and just falling all over the place. He's a happy drunk =) He was also sleeping on top of Lyndsay's cat hahaha
