wow its been a LONG time since i wrote in here...

A new month a new start. So Jason and I have been having the time of our lives here. We celebrated our 7month anniversary just before we came down to O.C. We left for OC on july 29th. We left really early and made pretty good time, but that meant we had a few hours before we could check in. so we drove down to the Dewey beach area to see some of the shops and waste time. We had lunch at pizza hut, and then slowly made our way back to OC. We got groceries and went and checked in. our place is on 45th street. It’s so close to the beach, we just get up in the morning and walk to the end of our street, lol.
So Saturday, we took it easy, especially because I was tired from driving. But then sunday we got up and went to the beach around 8:30, 9am. I had bought a cheap boogy-board, so I went out, for the first time in like 9 or 10 years to boogy-board. I had such a blast that that very same night, I went out and bought a $50 one. I got stickers and put on it too. After the swimming, Sunday was spent mostly walking; we had dinner at the dough roller. We started by taking the bus down to the entrance of the boardwalk, and then we shopped a little. Then we walked nearly 65 blocks, from 80th st. to 33rd st. and then back up to 45th st. now granted I was exhausted and sweating my ass off, but it was great.
The next day, Monday, we got up early again to go out to the beach. Then we got showers and went out to the mall just outside of OC. Jason and I picked up some new clothes. Then we came home so that Jason could cook me dinner. We had steak, corn, mashed potatoes, and garlic bread. We even had some wine with dinner. Then we went back out to the beach to board a little more. Just before I got out, my board hit me in the leg as I did a summersault under water, and it bent. Today we are going to go back to K-Coast to see if it’s going to snap, and see if I can replace it. But then we came back to our condo and got cleaned off from the water, I made dessert and hot chocolate, and Jason and I took a blanket out to the beach to have our dessert under the stars. Afterwards we slow danced on the beach. When I came back to our blanket from throwing the trash away, Jason was on his knees writing ‘I © U’ in the sand. I came up and sat down next to him. He pulled out a light from his pocket first, and then he pulled out a box from the other pocket. And he asked me to marry him! I said yes, as I jumped on him, lol. When we were done celebrating, I called mom to tell her. She was happy, but she never seems to show emotion on the phone, whether good or bad, so I’ll have to wait till I get home to truly know how happy she is, lol. But she knows it’s a long-term thing. She even agreed that it just means the promise is there. Jason said he wanted to ask me before he goes away to school. It was so wonderful, and the ring is beautiful. And then when we got back to the room, he had laid rose petals out on the bed, and rest of the night is on a need to know basis, lol.
So today we are first going to see if we can fix my board, then we are going to dewey beach to go to all of the shops. We plan on having lunch out there, and then maybe eating dinner at the applebees there. So I’ll have more to type after we do something, lol.

Ok so Tuesday we did go to K-Coast and found out that my board is fine. That it is bent a little, but that it should be fine, and wont snap. So I bought some more stickers to put on it. Then we headed to Delaware for some shopping. We stopped off and had lunch at a Chinese restaurant along the way. Then we found the shops. We didn’t shop as long as we both planned, which I guess was good and bad, lol. I mean it was bad cause when we were done, we still had hours left before we could eat dinner, so applebees was out. But it was good cause it was hot and we didn’t spend a lot of money. So on our way back to OC we decided to stop off and play a game of put-put at the indoor Old Pro Golf. Then we went to the boardwalk again. We walked the entire thing, while I played my luna stix. While we were walking back to my car, I gave mom a call, and dad and her wanted to know if I wanted to have an engagement party, but I haven’t decided yet. I don’t think I will though.
Then yesterday, Jason and I got up early and went to breakfast. Then we went to Splash Mountain for the day. We had so much fun!!! I got way to much sun, and went down a body slide, which I NEVER do, lol, yeah me! Then we went to K-Coast again, but this time to buy jason’s surfboard. Then we drove around in search for a wetsuit shirt to help keep the sun off my arms. And of course we found one! So then we went out to the beach and went boogy-boarding before bed. Then we finished off the night by getting ice cream, which included getting thorns in my butt, Jason dropping half of his ice cream on the road, and me driving home with sticky chocolate covered fingers, lol!
Then today we started out with getting up and going jet skiing and then going to the boardwalk to get a ‘fred fredburger’ sticker and to pick up some things mom and dad wanted me to pick up. Then we came back, took showers and got ready for dinner. We ended up going to dinner at Embers, which had really good food. Then we came back here to relax. So tomorrow we are going to the beach in the morning and then washing clothes, and then Jason is going to take surfing lessons while I relax. And then Saturday we leave. So I’ll write more if something happens. But if not, we have had a great time. Absolutely wonderful!!!
