Intern Needed - Apply Within

Intern needed to organize my music which is currently in 5 folders (I don't know either):

iTunes Music
Karmen's Downloaded Music
Karmen's mp3s
music
Music 11.06.06

Duties:

• Consolidate all songs into ONE folder
• Download missing songs from all albums
• Organize/create folders by - Artist/Band > Albums
• Naming convention for tracks - Track # (with a zero in front of single digit numbers like: 01, 02, 03, etc) followed by Track Name
• Fix all album artwork so I'm not missing anything, even if iTunes claims it can't find it (whore)
• Fix all of my songs that are jumbled up in folders that look like this:
