Concrastination

I have realized that my work ethic has changed drastically since entering Brazil. Now, instead of attempting to draw any assignment to a conclusion as early as possible, I nitpick on it and wait until the last minute. Because of this, I have three final papers that need to be begun being researched (class ends the last week of November here), all the volunteer applications, the thesis bibliography, and a massive backlog of summaries of all the field trips we've taken, which amounts to half my grade. I would simply fail the class, since I'm excelling in that and wouldn't want to break my stride, but I've got to secure a recommendation from the program if I'm to apply for any volunteer outfit after graduation.

And so like a three-legged dog, I chase my tail in a never-ending downward spiral. Or more appropriately, like a massive body revolving around an even more massive body, my orbit gradually decays, and over many millenia I freefall closer and closer to the center of the larger body in a fashion that fits a general "nautilus" curve.

Also, my Youtube account was permanently deleted today. It sure took them long enough.
