In room: Romeo couldn't move, was this what death was like? But the ceiling looked just the same as in the tower. He had been killed... by Molly...
The bad people must have made her do it, because they were best friends. They had sworn eternal friendship to each other and she would never ever hurt him on purpose. He wondered if he was in heaven now, if he would see Alfredo but if so why couldn't he move...
He got more and more scared as time went on, death couldn't be like this forever could it.
When he finally could move he shot upright into sitting position and blinked. He was still in the tower, this was his room... but he remembered dying. He remembered some of the adults talking about how you couldn't die here... was this what they had meant?
He curled up on his side and stared at his hands. Wait... his hands? He sat up again and pressed his hands to his face, and then his head. He had no antlers anymore, his face was normal! He looked down and saw his legs and feet. He had feet! And hands! He jumped up onto the bed. "I'm a human again!" He gave the biggest grin and then remembered mister America attacking him.
What if he still wanted to kill him... what if the bad people still wanted to hurt him! He jumped down and hid behind his bed peeking out with wide eyes.
Out in coridoors: A little while later, dressed in his normal clothes Romeo ventured out. He was a little nervous and scared in case some people still wanted to hurt him but he was happy enough at having hands and feet again. He ran and skipped instead of walked, stopped to touch things or pick them up just because he could.
He went to the fish room to run his fingers through the water, read a book in the library so he could turn the pages, went to the eating hall so he could eat something that wasn't salad. Though if any one came near him he flinched, unless he knew them very well, and he couldn't quite look people in the eye.
