Hands Down, One of the Weirdest Things in the News

I remember that event when a few months ago there was a guy with no arms in Florida who escaped police who had apprehended him, stole a police car, and led cops on a highspeed chase driving with his feet. It was pretty embarrassing to the police, his escape and eluding recapture. Their biggest problem was that they had no way to handcuff him.

At least there was one thing the cops hadn't had to worry about when they finally caught up to him; the guy wasn't armed and dangerous.
