George Carlin came to my College one year for Spring Week. Except for seeing Bill Cosby I don't remember ever laughing that hard or that long. He was the first "In your Face" kind of comedian that I liked. At the show, we were all handed buttons with his name and picture on it. After the show I kept the button on my peg board for years until I forgot what COPA (Committee On the Performing Arts) stood for.
