In Which Tovah is Sick
Somehow a week has passed since my last post. I said I'd use this thing more, so here's more:
The weather on Monday was unbelievable. I was walking around w/o a jacket, and driving around w/ the windows down. In January!
Then yesterday it got cold, and today it got colder, and it makes me want to cry.
I'm sick. I'm congested *and* my tummy hurts. It's not fair. And I have to give a presentation on Friday, and it will be distinctly harder if I'm sick.
But at least the presentation is mostly done. I still need to practice a lot more to smooth it out and make sure I don't forget the important stuff, but it's a lot more than I had this morning.
My tea is taking too long to cool. I'm gonna fall asleep before I can drink it.
The loneliness of living alone is worse now that Noah was here and has gone. Well, less than 7 months left.
I should go to bed. I haven't been getting out of bed very well even when I've gone to bed on time, so maybe I should try early.
