My Life is starting to Come Together!
I have an apartment! I mailed in the lease and the deposit and the August rent in today's mail, and the lease starts Aug. 15. So I will have somewhere to live next year. It's a pretty compact apartment, but it should be plenty of space for me, and there's lots of closet space. It's a 1-bedroom apartment, just south of campus (a block south and a block west of the art museum, for those who know the area), and pretty close to the Hillel. So I'm glad that's settled, now I just need to get going w/ packing and move all my stuff and buy furniture.
And, I found a used car place in Baltimore where I will probably buy myself a Corolla or something similar. So now I just need a computer, and the major needs will be under control.
Otherwise, life has been okay. I haven't killed my little sister yet, so that's always a plus...
I've been doing a lot of driving, in my parents' mini-van, w/ all the trips to Baltimore, driving out to Queens to see Noah, and the trip to Brandeis. I just hope I don't run out of money.
Not that much else to say at the moment, feel free to comment or email if you want to hear more random blather about my life (allow 2-4 weeks for delivery).
