Thank you so much for accepting me into the internship. I have one question though. At the time I applied for the internship, I hadn't realized I would be able to go onto an educational school trip to Japan in the summer. This trip is for two weeks and it takes place from July 20 to August 4. I am curious if I am still eligible to participate in this program. I read the pdf file and noticed I was able to set an end date as long as I was able to complete the six week program. I have calculated that I would be able to work around my trip and still get the six weeks completed. However, it would be ending on the last day of August. If this was acceptable to you, I respectfully accept this opportunity. I would appreciate it if you would let me know your decision as soon as possible.
