Ultraman Jack stuff, and random other things
Ep 4 is finished and sent off, it was actually a bit harder than I thought since they decided to toss in some science terms relating to radiation and all. Episode 5 is done basically, but needs some correcting on some of the lines since they were a bit hard to hear, what with teh Kishida-arguing and all. I'm going ahead and working on 6 anyway, since it's the conclusion of the two-parter. Because of this, and the fact that I like to marathon series towards the end, I'm gonna wait til OOO is done to watch the last few eps(I'll read summaries and see what happens, but I can wait to watch it).
I suppose I should be on vacation from translating since I'm in MI visiting aliaswestgate, but really any time away from teh lately-stress at work is good for me, even if I'm just sitting around all day just translating(as I am today). Friday I ran about Port Huron a bit, visited the local maritime museum and saw a couple Lake-freighters going down-river. Then yesterday I left the country, but just went to Rock Glen which is a very cool river gorge with waterfalls. I'm a bit miffed they had a rule of just one fossil per person, since there were TONS of brachiopods and a few other fossils I was able to poke out of the muddy shale. Dunno about the next two days, I do want to fit another border-hopping into there, but have to see before I head back home on Weds.
