Ultraman, Gokaiger and some OOO-ramblings....
Well, first draft of Ultraman Gaia ep 2 is done---as much as I can do it by myself, anyway... I think I did somewhat well on it but I know I made mistakes on some parts, like what the politician is saying, as well as some of the other lines by Gamu and others. Until I hear from someone, I think I'll go onto ep 3 and work on that. I will go back to ep 2 to poke at it some more, as much as it's a bit difficult, I'm having fun actually ^_^
As for current toku...
Ok, I admit it, I'm really liking Gai in Gokaiger ^_^ It took him a while to grow on me, but he's very amusing... I was so amused by Gai's goings-off, and impressed he can hold his own, even when sparring against Joe. But I SO loved when he figured out by accident how to upgrade by combining the Go-On Wings' Keys into one, then went off but was like 'oh well...'. AND THEN, when he Henshins, EVERYONE stops fighting to stare at him... :D
I do like the running-Henshin Doc has, I'm still liking him too, for all they still refuse to show any back-story for him... Gai did seem to be overshadowing him a bit, but at least they are shown to have their own distinguishing characteristics, like his being able to notice small details and all. I can't wait to see the GingaMan ep next week, esp since we're getting the brothers Ryouma and Hyuuga back again. :D [Edit]And something I noticed but didn't think to mention til padfut_n_prongs mentioned it, that if you get up from the table during mealtime, you forfeit your food which then gets passed to Marvelous... ^_^
hmm... I think eventually I'll write about OOO, but there's still too much going on, esp with Ankh now being absorbed fully by kid-Ankh... I just wonder what will go on, since Eiji dosn't have too many Cores left, and if Maki gets near him, he can't use the PuToTyrano Cores...
At least Shingo will be in the next ep, so we can get things from his perspective, and from what I read he does try to help Eiji in Ankh's stead. But... as the next ep's title says, I'm sure Eiji will leave the Cous so he dosn't involve the Izumi-siblings or Chiyoko any more in his fights against the Greeed.
As for the Gotou-Date subplot, that was very COOL! I'd wondered at Date's doings, and how Cake-Boss seemed to be prodding Gotou. So now Gotou is finally Birth, and hopefully Date's surgery goes well. I do hope that Date's words sunk into Eiji, but with how things are now, I suppose we'll have to see...It's amusing that Satonaka is supposed to help him in the fights, but she takes long to shop for and then put on her battle-outfits... ^_^ Ah, I talked about it anyway-- Oh well, good to write about OOO and how good the final third of the series is getting... ^_^
