Body and Appearance

Touko is average in both height and build for her age.

Touko would never slouch, else she'd get her dresses wrinkled.
4. How is her health? Is she fit or out of shape? Any illnesses or conditions? Any physical disabilities?
Touko is perfectly fit; being out in nature for so long has done good things for her immune system.

Touko isn't the most graceful, but she isn't exactly clumsy either.

Touko is pretty attractive in the outfits she wears, but she's a bit modest when it comes to self-perception.

Light, the typical healthy peachy color.

Dark brown, soft, and wavy. Sometimes keeps it in a ponytail, sometimes has it flowing out. Sometimes puts it in other styles for the hell of it.

Dresses, kimonos, and anything that isn't biker-garb. And no two outfits are the same.

Yes, and yes.

She dresses however she wants in both cases.

Speech

Touko's a soprano.
2. How does she normally speak? Loud, soft, fast, evenly? Does she talk easily, or does she hesitate?
Soft and quietly, and she only stutters when trying to keep herself from spazzing.
3. Does the character have a distinct accent or dialect? Any individual quirks of pronunciation? Any, like, you know, verbal tics?
No accent or anything like that, but she pretty much always refers to herself as "Toukero" first when introducing herself to others. She's able to correct her error straight after, though.

Whatever language the people in the Pokemon world speak, minus Pokemon.
5. Does she switch languages or dialects in certain situations?
Nope.

Touko does think about her words every now and then, which is why you'll see ellipses used.

Touko is in the middle; speech doesn't matter so much when battling, nor does she change her speech too much when not battling.
Mental and Emotional

Touko knows a lot about battling, but she does read every now and then.

In battling, she can think on her feet, no sweat. When not battling, well... She needs more time, which is where the ellipses come in handy.

Touko runs on instinct, but it is currently unknown whether she is idealistic or practical.

None, really. Soon as she turned 10 she was out the door and on her Pokemon adventure. She does self-teach herself certain things every now and then, though.

Battling and battling.

Introvert. Definitely. She's more outgoing to those she's close with, though.

Even-tempered, even in battle.

She's usually relaxed when meeting new people; she is the champion of her region, after all.

Touko loves any sort of humor, though she'll hold a poker face until she's alone, where she'll then be laughing at the top of her lungs.

Becoming champion of Isshu and spending a good portion of her training in the Giant Hall.

For the friends she has made (human or Pokemon), Touko is afraid of losing them somehow, some way.

Right now, she just wants to be known as a skilled trainer.

Her father went to work in Kanto so she knows nothing about him. Her mother, on the hand, she likes because she did allow Touko to go travel, after all.

She has none, but Touko has always wanted a brother.

There is Bel and Cheren, Touko's childhood friends, but they're not close enough to her to be family.

Again, Bel and Cheren. Touko's mom knew both Bel and Cheren's mothers, and the three have always been together.

Her Pokemon, duh.

She doesn't have trouble getting along with people whatsoever.

Bel and Cheren. Both started their own journey with her, and have battled her from time to time.
