[Hiei is standing near the ferris wheel, staring up at it, eyes narrowed against the bright lights. He hasn't been enjoying this curse. Its bright, its loud, and no one will shut up!
This giant wheel had certainly caught his attention, though. He's seen them numerous times before, but only from a distance. He's never actually went up in one... But why would he? He had no time, or interest for that matter, in such frivolous activities...]
