And well...he never really drank human blood, only Akuma blood, so my friends and I never really had to worry. I do remember how the villagers near his castle were completely afraid of him, though. I can't even imagine how hard it is to be in that situation...

I'm not sure what an Akuma is, but your friend sounds as if he has been through some tough times. . .

Akuma are the souls of people that have been turned into monsters by the Earl...it's a terrible thing. I can see the souls of the people chained to the monsters they've been put in with my left eye.

It's okay, though! My friend, he's okay now. He lives with everyone at home, at the Order.

Does that mean you have the power to save those souls?

And yes, I save them with...my arm. I don't know if you've seen it before but...it has the power to kill Akuma and send the souls attached to them to heaven.
