I still think this will go down as one of the BEST DOCTOR WHO SCENES EVER despite having Rose. BEST DRAMATIC REUNION SCENE EVER PERIOD! Original, creative, funny, dark, twisted, something we all wished we'd see a thousand times, and so rightly Doctor Who:
