I finally gave up on my Focus that I've had for over six years. It broke down on me while I was in Indiana and again there's nothing wrong with it when the mechanic ran a diagnostic...
BUT
While I was waiting to find out, stranded in Owensboro, stressed due to the fact that this car is no longer reliable, and worried about getting back to Cincinnati for work on Monday..I decided that I was going to take charge and look at cars...My sister Claire went with me to meet up with her brother-in-law Todd who sells cars for Moore Automotive Team. I was just planning on looking, nothing more....I left a few hours later with a 2006 Saturn Ion, Charcoal Gray, and fucking sweet as all get out.
The Focus "Penny" is still in Tell City. I'm giving it to my brother so he can carry the burden.
This is my first huge loan....I'm a big girl now with an adult car...weird...
Rob seems to really like my car as I took him for a spin...of course we couldn't ride around without listening to the Flight of the Conchords...god good stuff.
