[Today, while all the girls are in control, the manliest boy around is busy looking for something! He received a super special mission from Numbuh 1, so he's out and about today with a really heavy backpack. He can take it

[You want to know what the scariest house in Mayfield is? This one that you've walked into right here. You might have been clued in by the statue-thing out in the front yard, or the smaller versions of the same surrounding the house. Not that those are really threatening, they're just statues (right?).
The inside of this house is a bit scary though. Someone apparently decided that bones are good for decorating the house. Real dead animal bones. Seriously, the light in the living room looks like this.
A cloaked figure, about two feet tall, walks through the room, dusting off the shelves with a feather duster. It is wearing a little maid headdress.
Why would child think it was adults, and not children?
[And now she's pouring some hot tea and setting a teacup in front of her visitor. She has one of her own as well, and sips at it after taking a seat at the table.]

Child is lost?

N...no! I'm looking for something, that's all!

[COURAGE, WALLABEE. FALSE COURAGE. And he's not there yet.]

[And that would be a command right there.

[JUST LIKE THAT.]

['Do whatever they want'? Well.]
Child will come this way and we will discuss things.
[She walks out of the room, heading for the kitchen. Let's see if he follows.]

Just the normal Mayfield kitchen.]
Child will sit.
[She gestures at the kitchen table with its red-and-white checked cloth and bowl of apples.
Then she turns to the skull-headed maid-thing and shoos it out of the kitchen.]
Why is child thinking this is work of adults?
Reply
Child does sit, feeling uncomfortable and looking a little confused.]
Well, who else could it be? Those Delightful Dorks aren't in this town, right?
