nesting again
I think I'm going to buy a condo.
It's the best time to be buying real estate, and I'm not going to be leaving Indianapolis anytime soon, and I don't have to be throwing my money into rent anymore.
I'm looking at the northwest side of Indy, around Eagle Creek and 56th St. I've explored several subdivisions and I have some places in mind but I need to get a realtor.
Two bedrooms, two baths. A garage, laundry room, and a backyard for the dog. Fifteen minutes from work.
I can work out at any time of night without worrying about my neighbors below me.
I can go home on my lunch hour, make a sandwich, and take the dog out.
I can paint all the walls I want, any color I want. I can install light fixtures and ceiling fans and screen doors.
And when I'm done with my humble abode, I can sell it. Hopefully for a profit.
