This is a first impressions meme split between Fujisaki and Joshua, with a relationship meme for Usagi, Kino, and Mac. Because I love writing what.

Francescu likes Usagi, respects her power (which he saw in action in the Reine DeVilla bossfight) and appreciates her good intentions. He's willing to let his guard down around her because she IS unthinkingly kind, but for him the world isn't as simple as it seems to be for her, and hasn't been since just before he turned ten. This doesn't really affect much, except that he takes her advice with a significant grain of salt; Fran doesn't have much if any faith in the innate goodness of the world, or the inevitable triumph of the heart. In short, poke him more, for he is emo even if he's started to adjust to that as his default state. Also he should meet Joshua at some point.
Tara both respects Usagi as a nascent Buddha and genuinely likes her; the girl clearly has the "compassionate love for all things" down pat, and that's the foundation. It's too bad nobody's instructed her, and Tara's not really a teacher as such, but she'll try.
Tara likes Mac; he's a good kid and he has the right idea about things. It's mostly subsumed into compassionate love for all things.
