I'm going to get smacked for saying this, but I enjoy some of the episodes of the Clone Wars. Specifically the ones that involve the clones themselves shine for me (Jar Jar for example is mercifully not in many episodes). The one thing I am impressed with is that for a Cartoon Network mainstream show, clones and aliens die with frightening rapidity. And not just off-screen deaths either - they get shot in the face and drop. Or mauled and eaten by aliens. Or lightsabred. Yeah, they are only clones, but they go out of the way to point out they are living creatures.
Also, a bounty hunter recently tortured a Rodian Jedi to death... TO DEATH.
It's something that my nephew and I can watch together and I'm okay with it.
I just kept thinking of that final Anakin/Darth Vader vs. young Obi-Wan fight from RotJ. I remember how boring it was to watch. They did the same three lightsabre moves over and over - very little physical contact or use of Force powers. And the background was a bit too much - all that jumping around falling buildings with lava... ugh. All flash and no substance. This is a much more hair-raising duel and it takes place in a tortilla factory.
Also, Dorkman gets smacked in the face by his own lightsabre. C'mon, that was amazing.

Yes, and instead of that, he makes those god-awful Clone Wars cartoons.
These two are clearly the future of Star Wars movies.

Since you and cyber001 like it, I'll give it another chance tonight. It's on Fridays, right?

Also, I do believe that this features what most saber duels have lacked to date, kidney punches.
And I won't smack you about the Clone Wars, I totally agree. Great show for both kids and adults.
