1. Soccer, doesn't lower the blood pressure persay, but I love it none the less
2. Falling asleep on the couch with the TV on

5. A chocolate Milk Shake
6. A long, hot shower
7. ice hockey, yeah i may get hurt, but my stress and temper are usually lowered by the end of a game
8. A good movie at home
