Its the new year and her I sit at the refinery again....
Well its the new year, whats that mean you ask? Well I will tell you, it means a whole lot of failed resolutions thats what. Personally I am going to take care of myself better and get to a doctor about my heart, my snoring, and my cholesterol. Maybe even to a dentist so I can get my tooth fixed. I also want to be less of a wuss around girls. This doesn't mean that I am going to start having one night stands or anything because thats just not me.
Anywho to tell you a little about my New Years. I had to work Friday (new years eve) so I left Trenton at little before 2 and drove to Penn State (a 4 hour drive I made in less then 3.5). We (Tommy, Misty, Phil and I) pretty much started out with a drink and then headed downtown to Sharkies to meet up with Julie and Kim (my ex for those who don't know) and Kim's boyfriend (who is actually is one of Phils cousins). Needless to say it wasn't a bad time. Although mixing beer in the the liquor was not one of my finer moves, but hell I wanted to save money. We then went back to Tommy's and we ordered pizza and drank there. I had a few shots and a drink and was getting quite inebriated. I decided to call Sheri around 11 cause I had a feeling I would forget to do it at midnight the way I was going. Needless to say I didn't last much after the phone call (which I don't remember more then actually calling Sheri the other 8 minutes are a blur to me). I hungup the phone and promptly passed out and proceeded to sleep for 14 hours. I woke up not feeling well and eventually lost what little remained in my stomach while I was showering. The rest of the day was spent watching football and us going to best buy so I could get some movies (I bought Love Actually, Bourne Supremacy, Garden State, and Short Circuit) we then rented Napoleon Dynomite and Mean Girls. Both funny, ND was very strange and MG was just plain wrong. Sunday I went and hung out with Yuri for the Steelers game. I stole his music and a lot of his movies and we replaced the heat sink on my processor because it was shutting my computer down. Although its really really noisey so I am going to order a new one tonight. Yesterday I hung out with Tommy for part of the morning, went to the registrar to get some transcripts to send to grad schools and then went to the rink to turn in my keys. I saw Sky, Anne, Steph and Erica. That was it. I was supposed to see Ana, but she never called me back Friday night.
I went home and saw my mom and my cat and we went through some posters and pictures and I claimed a few things to frame. So that is my project for tonight. Add some art and color to my apartment. :) Anywho this break is all but over and I have to go and install some more ballards.
Oh and I had to get up at 5am for work today. Eating breakfast at 510 really messes up your eating schedule for the day!!!
