Anyway, Christmas report, I guess? Haha, well, Christmas itself started off pretty crappy. I went to bed just before 1am and ended up being sick. I felt a bit better and thought I'd probably be fine. LOL HOW WRONG I WAS! I ended up being sick five times in total. Fun stuff, ick. And TMI here but it was just nasty yellow bile by the end, burning my throat.
The family got up at around ten, which wasn't too bad, I guess, I was feeling a little more normal and not like I wanted to puke my guts up all over the place again. We all gathered in my parents's room at first, and it was pretty funny, actually, both my dad and sister said they'd heard me being sick but they didn't get up to try and help me because they were afraid they'd be ill if they did. Lamers. But mum said that I've always been good at sorting myself out when I'm ill. Well, thanks, but it would've been nice if just one of you had gotten up!
Then we all moved downstairs for opening presents. Technically the laptop I'm on right now was part of a present... I got a watch, Robbie Williams's new album, a Foo Fighters concert DVD, a jumper, some bath stuff from my sister. And then my brother unwrapped this massive box and it turned out my parents had gotten us an Xbox 360! So I'll be needing game recs from you guys! Yesterday Dad went and got a package with a hard drive, a headset and 3 months of Xbox Gold membership for free. But there's three of us using the Xbox, so I think my dad's gonna have the actual Gold account and I'll have to share with him or something, idk.
What else... I watched Dctor Who on Christmas, of course. Oh god, insane Master is insane and that's all I have to say - oh, except, he was fucking hilarious jumping about in those dresses. I love John Simm.
I ended up going to bed really early and slept for like, 15 hours, and still felt nasty. So Boxing Day was sort of fail, really. My dad bought some games for the 360 but he's not exactly good at picking decent games, so he got... er, some racing game, Kane and Lynch, and Halo Wars. I actually don't mind Halo Wars too much, it's like Age of Empires without all your units going "ROGAN?" at each other.
Anyway, today I finally feel more like myself and now I'm rather peeved at the fact that I missed out on yummy Christmas dinner due to being ill. Hopefully I'll make up for it on New Year's Day. And I'd wanted to do a big Skype session, I thought it would have been really nice, but Brandie said maybe New Year's would be good for that too. I should be getting Wesker back into action then, I can't wait. I love playing that bastard. Which reminds me, Lii, if you see this, I had a really quick question for you. If not, I guess I'll hit you up on plurk.
I better get around to revising soon, A2 modules coming up in January... hm... oh and I better start saving if I want to get to the Expo this year! I want to cosplay Apollo Justice, but worse comes to the worst, I just won't bother cosplaying. I absolutely cannot miss out on a chance to hang with everyone from DDD.
