And I would now like to take a little time to commemmorate the turkeys, and other poultry, that have died for our Christmas enjoyment.
I am not going to try and convert any of you to my superior vegetarian ways, as I believe Christmas should be a time to celebrate each other, not to find fault, but I feel even the most ravenous meat-eaters among you owe it to the turkeys who have provided you with hours of joy.
Let us just take a moment to remember those who we have eaten, and hope that they have found a better place.
And if you can, like me, eat Quorn this Christmas. It's tasty.
