I think I've finally made some headway on the books I found, or rather the pieces of books.

Zoisite, I know I have been neglecting you horribly. What would you desire to make up for it?

I don't know how you can pay more attention to those boring books than to me...

And Nephrite is here as well and is being annyoing...can I kill him again?

Because those books may give me some clue as to how to approach these gods so I can get my powers back.

No, you may not kill him. Nephrite, for all his flaws, does have a useful side.

Fine but you can put them aside for at least the rest of the day right?

Then tell Nephrite to stop being annoying! I don't see how he is useful...

Yes, I imagine I can.

Zoisite, stop tormenting Nephrite. It makes it most difficult to hold a conversation with him.

I'm sure he will, Zoisite. What have you been doing while I was studying?

Good.
Let's see here, I went to the ball awhile back, I will have to show off what I wore to you, it was pretty and I was of course, stunning.

I can imagine you were. I do hope I am not going to be forced to defend your honour or drive others off who might seek you for their own.

Oh Kunzite...you don't have to worry for me, but I am still touched you would do that for me.

What sort of man would I be if I did not protect that which was most important to me?

and here I was going to be angry at you for ignoring me over your books...but I can't stay mad at you..

Experience often pays off

I am pleased that you will forgive me my studies. I would never purposely ignore your presence. I take it nothing else happened while I was sidetracked?

Good, because I don't think I could stand to be without you again.

Not really...one of the senshi are here too, Mars, I ran into her at the ball which was amusing. Her date tried to hit on me even!

Unless you decide to leave me, I hardly see how that could happen.

Ah, her. The fire one. Well, in all fairness to him, the poor man must have recovered his good sense upon seeing you. That is the only way I could fathom him being with her in the first place.

That, of course, will not save him if he is foolish enough to try such again.

Which I never would, even when you have your nose in a book.

Unless she forced him to go with her which I would not surprised at

I imagine you would either stab the book or think of some sort of distraction. You have always been inventive.

She most likely did. I have seen her screech like a harpy before. Would have given Beryl a run for her money in that department.
