this weekend is the UF/UGA game so everyone and their mom is in Jacksonville. UF is a ghost town. no joke. there's insane parking everywhere. jeff, adam and shaun are the only ones that didnt leave this weekend, so when i went to eat with jeff, there were only, like, 30 ppl in the dining hall. normally, there are about 100. granted, it was 3 30, but it was saturday! people should just be getting up! psch. i hear we won--14-10. good, i guess.

halloween is tomorrow, so i got some candy and put it out in the common room. i have become the ghost of good things for this floor. i mean sheesh...a carved pumpkin for their viewing pleasure and candy. wow. i must be a diety. while i was at target, i got a new purse. a smaller one. i needed a darker one for the coming winter. i like it, except that i cant fit my sunglasses is it. meh. ill just have to learn to wear them on my head (they normally get caught in my hair...maybe ill have to start wearing hats...).

went to publix, too. wow! was i ever productive this morning!

calvin's coming up to visit next weekend. he's supposed to get here at about 2 30 or 3 on friday...just about an hour after my last class. the only downside is that now im doing all my hw for next weekend this weekend. that's ok...it's not that much...just some chem hw and a lab write up. i wont have my math hw until monday, so ill have to do that thurs. then, i can check my answers with jeff on sunday night...yeah. that'll work.

i ran into alex heeren (sp? you know, the obscenely tall, long-blonde-haired one...who stalked patricia.) on friday and he mentioned that there was gonna be a party at his apartment on sat night and invited me, so because i had nothing else to do because everyone is in Jacksonville i called him last night. got his machine, so when he called me back he said he was in st pete, visiting his gf. sigh. so, i didnt want to go to his apartment for his roommate's birthday party wihtout him, so i just stayed in. it was fine. i just talked to ppl on my floor for the first time ever. theres this guy named paul who does pastels (awesome ones) and he was finishing up a poster of a sunset for his friend's birthday, so i watched him do it. it was kinda cool...i really had no idea how to do pastels, so it was fun to watch. he was just blacking in some parts, so by the end, his right hand was entirely black. ^_^

well, today i get to study for cultural anthropology and see if i can help set up for haunted hume. guess i should go down to the study room so i dont get distracted again...

HAPPY HALLOWEEN!!
