Sometimes my brain just gets stuff on small things.
Some of you might insert some sort of quip of the suitability of that, but now I already have, so lay off.
Anyway. Today this small thing is Bioré Facial Cleansing Cloths. Or as the package has it: Bioré facial cleansing CLOTHS. What's up with the underlinging and off-and-on-caps i do not know, but it's beside the point anyway. What got stuck in my head is the amount of CLOTHS you get in each little box. I could complain about how expensive these suckers are, but I won't. I don't use them myself. This means I don't know their true value, so I won't get started on that, except to say that... No, really. I won't.
What I got stuck on is the amount, and I would like to have it explained to me. I could have seen 10. I could have seen 20, 30, 40 or 50 or any other number divisible by 10. I could also accept anything divisible by 5. 35 for example. Perfectly alright. I could accept 30 or 31 if I had to. One for each day. A months supply. I guess I could go so far as to accept something divisible by 7, seeing as how it would be so many weeks supply. Any even dozens, also good with me. So how many Bioré facial cleansing CLOTHS are there in each package?
34.
Why? I can't come up with any sensible reason why you would put 34 of anything anywhere, but I'm also convinced that this is no coincidence. Companies of this size don't generally just package things in random amounts, you know. Packaging is a science.
So. Why? Anyone? Help?
