[越来越爱] 签唱会 29 March 2009, 3pm, Level 3 Garden Plaza, IMM Singapore
My 4th event here in Singapore for Fahrenheit, is it getting boring for me? Somewhat it’s kinda true, since I’ve been to their events here in Singapore, Jakarta and Medan totalling 7 times already. I must admit, I have been their fans for the last 2 years, since they just entered the entertainment scene until now. I don’t follow every news about them, but I still buy their many versions of CDs (the fact that I just ordered their Japanese Photobook really doesn’t help my wallet). Feeling nervous or giddy doesn’t even happen anymore. It’s Fahrenheit, I love them, and I love Wu Zun.
This time, I already heard all the FC in Singapore are q-ing up from last Monday. I guess the members are taking turn to q in front of IMM. I am not that hardcore ( I am a softcore fans at heart ^0^). But, for some random thing, 3 days before the event, I suddenly went to Fahrenheit Indonesia’s forum and asking whether there’s an Indonesian fans who is flying here for the autography session, and how odd, there was actually one girl who’s coming and she stayed around Orchard aread, which was very close to where I live. So at the end, I went with her.
We reached at IMM at 630am, and the line was already quite long and quite crowded, but still oke. Please know what 630am in Singapore was still dark. So yeah, there we were, two girls sitting in the dark behind the hundreds of fans. Rundown of the event:
630: reached there, and people kept on coming to q *amazing*
8am: shoot, the line was getting longer and longer until it reached to the point I cannot see the end from the place I sat
10am: the line started to move forward
1030am: the guards were starting to escort the fans gorup by group to the level 3
11isham: we managed to get inside the Garden Plaza, and our spot was somewhere between the 3rd and 4th row *I think*
1200: FRACK, IT’S FREAKING HOT. The place i was sitting had no shading whatsoever. The HIM people were quite annoying, that they tortured us under the blazing sun. I didn’t bring my umbrella
1230ish: we went for our toilet and lunch run outside, and wanted to find another Indonesia friend who came quite late. We spotted the long line outside the Garden Plaza (not everyone can get in front of the stage, since the place is not big enough). BELIEVE ME, THE LINES WENT ALL THE WAY TO THE CARPARK, AND I COULDN’T FIND THE END, since every cornered we turned, we could see the line was still there *OMG* estimated people that came that day probably more than 1000 fans !!! crazy lor!!
1330: we got back to our spot, again me under the blazing sun ( I got some sunburn)
1445: get ready to stand up (oh yeah all those times I was sitting down)
1500: Fans were getting anxious
15120ish: the screaming starts, the boys were here!! I was quite surprised, there was no opening by the MC or what, suddently out of nowhere, girls were just started to scream. They were wearing the white shirts and black pants they wore for the [Yue Lai Yue Ai] MV. So handsome all 4 of them. Yes, Da Dong also wore that gigantic skull necklace. They came on stage, saying hi for everyone, talking a bit with the MC, and they sang two songs: [Liu Xia Lai] and [Ji Mo Bao Zou]
1545: Around 345pm, they started to sit down to prepare to sign the CDs, at this point, all hells broke loose, people trying to cut lines and all that. I had no other choice but to move forward also. Considering I need to go to St James Powerhouse after this event. When I was closing near the stage (while waiting behind the people), i managed just to hold on the baricade and just drool at Wu Zun, since I can see him waving and talking to the fans. Then suddenly, I just waved my hands, and he looked at me and waved back *thud* I can’t stop grinning. After about 1 hour wait, It was my turn to get my booklets signed. First one was Yi Ru, I told him in english (so he can remember since I doubt many fans talked to him in English) that next time please come to Indonesia. He smiled and said: I’ve been to Indonesia before, to Medan (oh man, he remembered lorr). I replied hime saying; Yes, I know, i was there : ). He smiled and said thank you. I was pretty much blank for Yalun and Dadong, but they both shook my hand and smiled and said Hi. Then Wu Zun’s turn, I was all smiley and passed him the letter from one of the Indo fans (just helping her to pass along), he said “xie xie”, I said “terima kasih”, then he smiled *thud thud*
1700: ran down from the stage, and started to call cabs since it was raining quite heavy.
1730: Arrived at Powerhouse, there was already a quite long line before us *sigh* (these singaporeans yah, cannot tahan already lah)
1900: finally they started to let us to come inside, and we waited waited and waited, apparently the boys were still in IMM signing autograph. Earlier, the MC said, they only can signed albums until 530pm, (which definitely cannot sign until finish). But apparently, there were some fiasco after we left the autograph session
1945: The boys just left IMM
2030ish: They boys just arrived at Powerhouse
2045ish: They came out and said Hi. The MC was quite good interacting with them, she was a DJ from 93.3FM. The closed fan meeting/showcase even lasted for about one hour. They sang 3 songs: ji mo bao zou, mo mo and liu xi lai
2200: FINISHED
Highlights of the day:
1. Wu Zun waved at me *LOL*
2. During the heavy rain, there was this angmoh/chinese girl about 12 year olds, who was an onlooker from outside, he was drenched and crying at the same time looking at the boys, then I saw Wu Zun made gestures for her to get shelter. Then the boyz said that please don’t get drenched form the rain, must take care. *awww*
3. Yalun cried during the short Q&A at St James’ Powerhouse event. He was asked what was the most unforgettable moment, then he told the story on how he got to become an entertainer, cried a bit there, everyone was passing him the kleenex *LOL*
4. Most unforgettable moment for Yiru was when FLB first debuted, he was shocked to see many fans come to their mini concert
5. During the KL’s concert, Wu Zun invited 30 of his close friends. He managed to get in touch with his elementary school days’ best friend. He told the fans, that every member got certain amount of tickets from the company, he asked their shares and aske for extra ten more for his friends *LOL*
6. Da Dong did 10 push-ups during St James’ event, supposedly Yiru was the one to do this, but he’s so smart trying to avoid and deflect the request by talking about other things. One time, he said, ah my zipper was open, need to fix this first, cannot do the push-up, then he literally came down the stage *LOL*
7. Da dong “bao zou” Yi Ru after the Ji Mo Bao Zou song *toeng*
8. Dadong and Yiru making ‘heart” signs
9. Dadong very ofte blew kisses to the fans
10. Yiru did beat-boxing a few times for both events
I was quite tired by the whole event. Monday morning, I can barely got out form my bed, my back and arms were aching all over *sigh*. But, after the whole show at St James, I am feeling great love towards them *sigh* I didn’t record much of videos during the St James, but I was sitting there listening to them talking with each other and all, it’s like getting to know them better. No regret being their fans for the last 2 years (huahah record for me lor).
Some sad things that happened:
Apparently they didn’t sign everyone, since there wasn’t enough time. There was chaos, and more fans fainted due to exhaustion (it was raining and it was hot also at one time). Due to them have to rush to another event, they cannot finish all. At one point, the boys were seen arguing with the HIM people, since they really want to finish the signing, but they were not allowed to do so. Ya Lun was sick at one point, and HIM people tried use this as excuse they they need to end the session early, when he did that, Ya Lun was heard saying to the guy: please don’t use me as the excuse. Some fans reported that HIM people like to scold the boys (curse you HIM). They were quite anal and super strict. At the end, they changed the auto session to handshake session, they were saying sorry to every fans and Ya Lun was seen crying during the handshake event. Ah this was so sad lah. HIM people should know about how many fans will show up based on previous ones. They should have anticipated this, then why organized an event so close to one another. I don’t mind having the St James even on the next day, as loong as all the fans were happy lah. Too bad these bad things happened.
