some people don't deserve to have pets
Our freaking neighbors who live behind us got a yippy dog this summer that they seem to leave outside most of the time. I can't see it, but I can certainly hear it whining at all hours. Right now it's raining and the poor thing is out there causing quite a ruckus. I've come so close to yelling, "Take care of your dog!!!" out my kitchen window many times. It breaks my heart and makes me furious at the same time. Jerks.
