I woke up this morning around 8AM, a nice start to the day. I took a shower and got dressed, rather well I might add. I again borrowed Mike's car and picked up Lauren so we could make breakfast together.
Last night we had a wonderful date. I borrowed Mike's car and went to Publix and picked up some subs and then I was going to take her to a park but it was closed so we went to the courtyard in the Williams building. A girl in a a capella group from UNC came out and was talking to us for several minutes and she invited us to come to the competition they were having in Ruby Diamond. It was free for FSU students so how could we possibly pass it up. We had a great time!
From there we went to Wal-Mart where we picked up a few things including "Remember the Titans" (thus doubling my DVD collection), rope (to fix the swing by the music school), and a waffle iron. I have wanted a waffle iron for some time now and I love it!
So for breakfast this morning we made waffles and they were excellent, we also had bacon, eggs, and orange juice. We walked to church and after church went to RFOC.
Spent most of the afternoon studying and this evening we went to Cold Stone for Julie May's birthday with a bunch of people. We got back to my place to pick up some stuff she had left over and I locked Mike's keys in his car.
The wait for AAA wasn't all that bad, just when we finally got cozy though the guy showed up. It was a fun experience and in the end it added to the total quality of the evening.
From Tallahassee, FL this is Mike wishing you all a Merry goodnight and a happy January.
