When you get a few minutes to interview My Chemical Romance, you want to cover as much ground as possible. So that's what we did in this exclusive Buzzworthy interview.
Now since it's nearly Christmas in Harlem, Hollis and everywhere else, we thought we'd ask My Chemical Romance for some gift-giving tips. Guitarist Frank Iero has been reading "The Book Thief" and thinks it would make a good present. Bassist Mikey Way would give the deluxe reissue of Weezer's Pinkerton. We're partial, however, to guitarist Ray Toro's idea of giving someone "Indiana Jones And The Temple Of Doom," which is crazy underrated and features this guy.
The band members also talk about their new album, Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, and the thinking behind the album's concept. They also touch on their own origins in the New Jersey punk and hard-core scene and coming up with bands like Thursday, Saves The Day, and Midtown.
