With the medical supplies in hand, Lithuania paused in front of Russia's room to prepare himself for what was behind it. "Russia...I-I'm here." He knocked on the door and opened it before there was time for a response. His body seemed to freeze as he saw blood covering the room as Russia lying on the couch. Steeling his nerves, he walked over to the other Nation's side. "I have the medical supplies..."

He opens his eyes as the other man walks in the office, trying to move into a more straight sitting position but feeling his body give every time he makes a sudden move. He hides it with his usual smile, though, glancing over at Lithuania.

"Thank you." He gestures for him to bring them closer, hoping there will be enough gauze and adhesive for his wound.

Lithuania opens the medical kit in Russia's reach before looking him over. Obviously a bullet wound. There was no doubt that he would be in pain. "...Did you remove the bullet already?" He asked quietly as he put on some latex gloves, struggling slightly to get one on his right hand.

Russia nods silently, muttering a weak 'yes' as he tries to find some cotton and alcohol in the box kit. He notices Lithuania's difficulty to get the glove on but says nothing for now, but watches him intently to make sure it really is nothing.

Lithuania pales slightly as he realizes that Russia was observing him when he finally gets the glove on. Pulling out the alcohol, he dampens some cotton while avoiding Russia's gaze. "...You might start bleeding again if you move around a lot." His other hand is on Russia's jacket and slowly pulling it away to reveal the wound.

The blood around the injury had glued itself to the jacket, and when Lithuania pulls it away he winces, muttering incoherently as he looks down at his own stomach. "Fine." he replies almost inaudibly, taking a hand up to touch the wound. After running about for so long, it's practically not bleeding anymore, but it's still bloated and red around the flesh.

Lithuania sighs tiredly as he dabs gently and cleans up the dried blood around the wound before getting fresh alcohol-soaked cotton. Fearing contamination, he reluctantly pulls Russia's shirt up and away from the wound before cleaning around it again. He reaches back into the medical kit to grab a plastic syringe and fill it with the disinfectant solution; he was glad he had added to the medical supplies over time.
"Russia...I-I know it hurts, but I need you to sit up a little bit..."

Just sighing, Russia nods as he sits up, keeping his torso as straight as possible considering his current state. He looks over at the syringe, not bothered, so much as curious, watching Lithuania silently.

Reaching out with his left hand, Lithuania tries to grasp Russia's shoulder but let's go quickly when he notices that his muscles refused to grip. Instead, he silently goes back to spraying the disinfectant into the wound and letting it drain before repeating. He feels self-conscious when he uses his left hand to grab the small bottle of disinfected water. His grip fails him and the bottle falls to the floor before he quickly picks it up.

Russia doesn't notice the unresponsive hand, just watching him spray the disinfectant, feeling its effect but not responding to it. He does notice, however, the slip of the bottle, calling to his attention the fact that he was using his left hand, and he looks at Lithuania's face. "What's wrong?"

Lithuania goes silent for a long moment as he continues to avoid Russia's gaze by opening the bottle. "N-nothing's wrong..." he mumbles as he rinses away the disinfectant with the water, "Now...i-it just needs bandaging."

"I thought you said you weren't wounde.d" He keeps staring at Lithuania, observing him with special attention now. "You're not, right?"

There's another long pause of silence before he smiles slightly at Russia. "I'm fine," he says resolutely despite the fact that he's mentally shivering under the other's gaze. Grabbing the scissors and bandages, he carefully regulates his hold as he unrolls it and cuts at the right length.

"I did not ask if you were fine", he says, eyes fixed on Lithuania's hands but letting him prepare the bandages. "I asked if you were wounded."

Unable to find a good response, he puts down the bandages and takes off his gloves, struggling again with his right hand. Once uncovered, hastily made stitches are revealed in the middle of his palm and the back of his left hand. Lithuania still stays silent as he resumes preparing the bandages.

Russia stares at his hand for a while - wonders for brief moments if he stitched it by himself - letting him prepare the bandages. He contemplates stopping him, but makes no move to do so.
